As you can see from these photo's I have a Military background and it was during the time I was stationed in Germany, that I got my first interest in the Hospitality Industry.
I was asked to cover for a colleague who worked in the Officers Mess whilst he went on leave for 3 weeks, and I found that I enjoyed the work. I spoke to the Mess Steward who told me that there were a number of training courses I could attend, at Army Catering Corps HQ in Aldershot Garrison in Hampshire.
And the rest, as they say, is history.
To date, I have worked in numerous Hotels, Restaurants, Bars & Clubs, working from Waiter to Bars Manager; so as you can imagine, I have a wealth of knowledge as to how various Venues & Functions are managed.
